“It took a moment to find a viator representative. Apparently, even though I relayed the information earlier on the phone it was still unclear to her when I would arrive. The representative and the driver was professional, very kind and hospitable. The drive was efficient, comfortable and safe. My only recommendation is improvement communication.”

“We felt safe and arrived on time to the hotel. They do not speak English very well but it was not that big of an issue.”

“They never showed up to pick me up from the airport. I contacted the driver and no response. The number provided does not work”

“Estanael was fabulous! I’ve been working on my Spanish and he was finding all kinds of ways to help me on our drive, which made it so fun and so quick! I’ll be requesting him in the future!”

“The pickup at the airport was easy and the driver was excellent! The car was clean! I highly recommend this company.”

“The snorkeling was great and the crew was so much fun. Our entire boat was dancing the whole cruise back from the last stop. I would definitely recommend and do it again myself. I was with my 11 year old and she was blown away”

“They do not communicate to let you know what time they are picking you up. I tried to change my appointment to an earlier date and they had 48 hours to adjust and they refused and didn’t give me a refund. NEVER AGAIN”
